I’m Paul (or Pauly, Slates, or Slater—I'm happy to go by any of the nicknames I’ve picked up over the years!)
I’m a customer-focused Product Designer with extensive experience in research, strategy, and detailed design implementation. My expertise shines in moments of uncertainty, helping to chart a clear path forward, whether the situation is straightforward, complicated, complex, or chaotic.
I’ve successfully led large-scale, end-to-end projects across various industries, consistently championing users while aligning their needs with business objectives.
I’m passionate about personal and professional development and thrive on mentoring others to achieve their goals.
While Product Design is my primary focus, my skill set also includes Creative Art Direction and Graphic Design.
Originally from London, I arrived in Australia in 2010 with just a backpack after nine months of traveling through India and Southeast Asia.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me cycling, playing records, or experimenting in the kitchen.
